New Healthy Me
I'm writing some of these things down that I am currently doing to stay healthy and fit so that they are a constant reminder for me.
1. Water, water all the time.
2. Think about planning dinner ahead of time instead of coming home, feeling lazy, and ordering in (especially when I have good food and cookbooks readily available).
3. Pack my gym bag the night before so I am not in a rush in the mornings.
4. If I can't get to the gym, get on the Wii Fit for at least 30 minutes.
5. Take the stairs more at work instead of the elevator.
On another note, my sister got engaged this past Thursday, which was great because she was planning to come to NY this weekend anyway for a family friend's baby shower. It was so nice to spend time with her, see the sparkly ring, and start some wedding talk.
