Starting Fresh

Since college, I've had an LiveJournal, but in the past few months, I find that I barely touch it anymore. The format is wonky and many of my LJ friends have since moved on to newer and greener pastures.

I also have an urge to write more. When I was younger, I spent so many hours writing short stories and novellas, but I find that I do not write for pleasure any longer. I've kept diaries off and on since I was 10, so I figure maybe this is the forum I need to continue working on my craft.

So here I am, a twenty something elementary school teacher living in the Big Apple, teaching an amazing group of children, arguing constantly with my wack job landlord, and figuring out how to live a fabulous life on a private school salary. Stick around, and watch the stories unfold...
